friendly staf, central location, bed was ok
our shower was leaking quite heavy, street noise from the street below (bring earplugs!)
Location was perfect! Breakfast on the terrace on the roof of the hotel with a view on the sea and Sultannahmed. Though in the evening it's noisy (loud music from all surrounding hotels and restaurants) can disturb you, not a good choice for families with small children.
GPS coordinates to be corrected on Booked.net (an error of 200 metres made us 20 minutes more to walk and seek for correct location of the hotel).
Clean room, close to major istoric atractions
Staying at this hotel at first and second floor it is a bit unappropriate for people who wants to sleep at regular hours.I meanit is a little bit much noise and if you are staying at those two floor (especially first floor)it is impossible to sleep because of the noise.
it"s near to the historicl buildings ,good location
it to noise, sutible for ypung poeple
It was a quite nice hotel, clean and the most important situated iclose to the historical centre of Istabul.
I think it must improve the breakfast and to do something with the noise that comes from outside.
Welcoming, friendly, helpful English speaking staff. Very close to Blue Mosque and is on a popular street with many restaurants and other hotels. Clean, nice shower. Simple buffet breakfast.
The front rooms are noisy in the evenings with the nightlife but the rear rooms should be much quieter.
location was perfect, the rooms very cozy and clean and the staff very kind and helpful!
The hotel staff was indeed very very nice and helped us with whatever we needed. If you book a room at this hotel ask about Savas and he will advice you about dos and don'ts throughout Istanbul. Having a nice whitepaper ( narghilea ) with Savas and you'll end up next day visiting an authentic Turkish bazaar n Capa or visiting the ( not so touristic ) Asian side of Istanbul ... priceless.
Very helpful staff, great location, spotless clean rooms
Location is good, the hotel is close to Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. Owner is friendly.
Just a bit noisy, breakfast was decent.
The location is just perfect and the staff is incredible nice and helpful. They are always there to help you or just to make you smile. The rooms are clean and the size is just enough for having a rest or spending the night there.
The main problem with this hotel - and with all the others in this street - is the noise. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and the noise is just terrible. If you spend the nights out having a party, it won't bother you but if you would like to sleep - forget it.
clean, new and really confortable, staff easygoing and helpfull, good position in the city. we reccomend it with no doubt!! l'hotel è piccolo ma è le stanze sono nuove e pulite, il bagno è completamente ristrutturato, i ragazzi dello staff sono disponibilissimi e la posizione è strategica, si va a piedi dovunque, penso che non potevamo scegliere di meglio. lo consiglio senza dubbi. fatevi mettere dal lato del cortile e non sulla strada :)..
I have to say that I was very pleased with this hotel. It is at a great location between all of the main atractions in Sultanahmet. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and fluent in English.
hotel has a perfect location right in the middle of the old city near blue mosque and ayasofia. the neighborhood is very animated with a lot of shops, restaurant and cafes and has a really nice terrace (ope 24h) on top where u can serve breakfast and admire the beautiful Marmara sea. room are really nice furnished and comfortable. i would really recommend this hotel for anyone spending some days in hectic istanbul.
Our stay was good but breakfast was too poor, I think it could be have a little more choice and variety.
